628 Summit Avenue is a 29-story luxury mixed-use residential tower featuring 209 residences, office, retail, and premium amenity spaces in Jersey City.

My role encompassed the design and delivery of all resident amenities, along with construction documentation, consultant coordination, material selection, procurement, and construction administration, ensuring seamless project execution from design development through construction.

The residential lobby was designed as a refined arrival space that balances openness, functionality, and material warmth. The layout establishes a clear circulation path while integrating a custom reception desk, sculptural seating, feature wall, and floor-to-ceiling glazing to create a welcoming first impression with strong visual connectivity to the exterior.

Designed as a contemporary resident lounge, this amenity space combines custom architectural detailing, integrated millwork, sculptural feature elements, and flexible gathering areas to create a warm and multifunctional environment. Throughout the project, I coordinated the execution between consultants, contractors, and vendors, producing technical documentation, resolving field conditions, overseeing material selection and procurement, and ensuring that construction aligned with the project's design intent and quality standards.

Beyond Design | Learning Real Estate

I had the incredible opportunity to attend a pitch meeting with SERHANT. On behalf of GN Management and Developers, an experience that was both eye-opening and inspiring.

As a young architect working in Jersey City, being in the same room as Ryan Serhant and hearing his vision for marketing, phasing, and real estate strategy was something I’ll never forget. It gave me a front-row seat to the intense, dynamic conversations that shape a property's future beyond just its design.
A special acknowledgment goes out to Patrick Southern for orchestrating this collaboration between industry luminaries. I am sincerely appreciative of the chance to witness the synergy between real estate and development visionaries.
Here’s to growing at the intersection of architecture, development, and sales.
