272 Terrace Avenue is a contemporary luxury residential development designed to maximize natural light, spatial openness, and modern urban living. The interiors feature an open-concept layout, custom millwork, premium material finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections through private terraces and rooftop spaces, creating refined and functional living environments.

I led the interior design and project execution from design development through construction, translating the client's vision into a cohesive built environment. My responsibilities included spatial planning, interior architecture, custom millwork design, material and finish selection, construction documentation, consultant coordination, procurement, shop drawing reviews, and on-site construction administration. Working closely with contractors, fabricators, and multidisciplinary teams, I ensured every detail was executed with precision while maintaining the integrity of the design throughout the construction process.
