84–88 Beacon Avenue is an 18-unit multifamily residential development designed to provide modern urban living through efficient spatial planning, refined interior architecture, and thoughtfully curated amenity spaces. The project features contemporary residences complemented by a shared fitness center and rooftop terrace, creating a balanced living experience that combines comfort, functionality, and community.

From design development through construction, I was involved in shaping both the residential units and shared amenity spaces, ensuring the design vision was successfully translated into the built environment. My work included spatial planning, interior architecture, construction documentation, custom millwork detailing, material and finish selection, consultant and MEP coordination, procurement, shop drawing reviews, and construction administration. Close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and fabricators ensured seamless coordination, technical accuracy, and high-quality project execution throughout every stage of the development.
